I've been a patient of Precision Eye Care for nearly 11 years. Dr. Hillstead and his staff continue to be one of the best eye health care providers in optometry in our region. They are professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They take time with you and make sure all your questions are answered. If you need an exceptional optometrist with great support staff, look no further.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent experience at your facility. My husband and I came in for an eye exam, and we faced a series of challenges that have left us quite frustrated. During our visit to select glasses, we were not approached by any staff members for assistance, which was upsetting. After making a selection on our own, we proceeded to checkout with the finance representative. We paid over $200 and were informed we would be notified when the glasses were ready. However, nearly three weeks passed without any communication from your office. When I reached out, I was told that there was no notification sent because my husband opted out of text messages. It was disappointing to learn that a simple courtesy call wasn't made given the situation. When my husband went to pick up his glasses as a walk-in, he was made to wait while another walk-in was assisted first. This treatment was disheartening, especially as he was simply there to collect his glasses. Additionally, there seemed to be confusion regarding the location of his glasses, and during the process, he did not receive adequate assistance in trying them on or ensuring they were suitable.

I've been seeing Shaun and Dr. Hillstead since they were at Walmart. If anything, opening their own business has made them even better. The employees are always so kind and flexible about rough financial situations and they always remember the small talk from last time. Most importantly, they are very patient and understanding and will answer all 750 questions from my 6 year old autistic son. We love precision and will never go anywhere else in town!

Amazing staff, amazing state of the art testing and exam equipment. Very clean office with a staff that knows what there doing and move you through out the most complete eye exam I've ever experienced. Couldnt say enough about how impressed I was with everything! Thank you Precision EyeCare!

Precision EyeCare actually cares for patients. I confess that I am a patient of Precision and I'm now a repeat patient. Precision EyeCare thrives on delivering quality and caring service and the prices are affordable and especially for Seniors of which I also confess I am one. Precision keeps frames in two separate rooms so that cost can be considering in choosing eyeglass frames. Eye exams are thorough and the doctor encourages asking him the important questions. Such as, "doc...am I going blind?" The doctor also has a good sense of humor and that merely adds to the quality experience that is Precision EyeCare. with all respect, Don Mesquite, Nevada

I've been using Precision eyecare for the last 12 years. I've had nothing but great experiences with them. However, this last visit, I was accidentally skipped in line. No big deal - it happens. One of the ladies in Precision noticed I was skipped, sincerely apologized, and had the cost of my glasses covered for the inconvenience. I feel this was above and beyond regarding customer service. An apology was already more than enough for me! Their service is top notch and I will continue to recommend them to others! Thank you so very much for all that you do, Precision Eyecare.
