Tried to make an appointment over the phone for ophthalmological care. The woman who answered the phone was so rude, condescending, abrupt, snippy and unfriendly I said never mind I'll find somewhere else. Perhaps the quality of care is better, but in my experience, if that's the way staff treats new patients who call, it's not a good omen.

I really wish they could schedule appts better. I have to bring an elderly neighbor and have to wait for up to 11/2-2 hours each time. The Dr sees him for very minimal time while we have to wait. It's very frustrating. This seems to happen often.

Always received a thorough eye exam with a doctor who will listen to you but the wait is unreasonable. First you wait well beyond your appointment time to be called into an empty exam room and then you wait and wait for the doctor to examine your eyes.
