Pritchett Eye Care Associates - Minden

WOW! Just wow ! First off, I love every location Pritchett Eye Associates has. Secondly, I needed to reschedule my appointment for today because I thought I wouldn't make it back in time because I had to take my husband to the airport unexpectedly. I made it back and was able to change my appointment BACK and was seen. The assistant explained every test perfectly and was very professional and kind. Even the last woman who was going to fit me with glasses was kind. I explained to her I would like to get glasses online since I primarily wear contacts and she said it was no problem and gave me a copy of my glasses Rx. But Dr. Johanna Lee is hands down the very best Optometrist I have ever met. I'm 39 and I've worn glasses/contacts since I was in elementary school, so I have a great deal of experience with eye doctors and offices. She was incredibly knowledgeable and prompt. She was very empathetic, in fact, the most empathetic I've ever had the privilege of meeting. She was even able to find out that my prescription was medically necessary and might be fully covered by my insurance. The best bedside manner I've seen in a long time. (Side note, I've worked in healthcare since 2008 so I also know several medical professionals.)

What a wonderful experience, We have never felt so cared for until coming her for our eye services. Dr Lee was very nice and thorough. The rest of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Helped pick out our glasses and we had great conversations. I will not go anywhere else for our eye needs.

I had an immediate need to see an eye specialist and I was not able to see my eye doctor due to lack of availability. I called and was able to see Dr Pritchett the very next day which was extremely important to me due to the seriousness of my need and so I give her a 5 star rating for not only the urgency but also the cautious double checking of her diagnosis. She was very professional and I would gladly recommend and plan to see her again in the future.

Listen to my concerns and was detailed about her findings. It was nice to be heard. The staff was great helping me pick out glasses that look good on me.

I was impressed with Dr Lee. The first person on the exam was fine. The lady doing the end work about the glasses got very short with me when I said that I'd bring in an old pair of glasses for the lens. When I asked her about a second pair she said, well you have to buy those frames. When she looked at me she was pissed off.

Dr. Lee is very thorough, professional, and caring. I had an urgent eye concern and her office staff was able to fit me in quickly. I recommend Dr. Lee to anyone who's having issues with their eyes.

The staff are great. Prompt and very nice. Exam and high-tech equipment were also great. Let's see if our glasses are ready in the 2 week timeframe they gave us

This by far was the best visit I have had with Pritchett. I have been a patient with Pritchett for years, and have visited different offices throughout those years. The Minden office was outstanding, from check-in to walking out the door was fast, friendly, and organized. Will be sticking with this office from here on out.
