Dr. Stella Lau

Cannot speak highly enough of Dr Lau and the staff here. She's super knowledgeable and very relatable. Easy to schedule with and very responsive office. Dr Lau genuinely cares about her patients and it comes across in every interaction. Just a great human all around. Wish I could High five her parents.

Dr Lau has been my family eye dr for years. She listens and has even helped with an eye injury due to a contact solution that burned my eyes. She came in to see me over the weekend when they were closed. She helped me heal. She is the only doctor my kids enjoy going to. We have referred family members and they love her. Some of them have moved out of state but she hasn't forgotten them. Dr. Lau is the best!

Dr. Lau takes the time to explain; reviews my records and discusses my concerns. Am very satisfied with her care and soooo happy am able to see and pass all my eye exams at dmv for years now. Truly comforting to still be able to read those street signs. I highly recommend her!!

Brought my daughter in for the first time on 8/5/23 we have a new insurance and this place is under our new network. It is close to our home so we decided to give it a try. The two ladies at front were extremely nice and their customer service was impeccable. But the doctor stella was super obnoxious and rude. My daughter went in for an eye exam, she is 13 years old, the doctor pretty much started yelling in the room about how much makeup she was wearing and how horrible it was and how she had eyelids of a 75 year old. (My daughter wears mascara and concealer not tons of make Up but why would a doctor find it okay to make a stupid comment like that it is none of her business and if you want to recommend her to stay away from Make up there are other ways and different wording and definitely a different tone) she also went off about how devices Are not for children like phones and computers and blah blah blah. I don't know what possessed the doctor to start going off, she refused to prescribe my daughter any glasses because she wasn't dilating her eyes. (We were never told that in the beginning we would have scheduled the dilation) she proceeded to say no place ever prescribes glasses without eye dilation (which is not true my daughter has a previous prescription from a different provider) but proceeded to tell us that she could assure us her prescription was going to be as bad as my (8 year old son) my son wears glasses due to strabismus which my daughter doesn't have but okay. She is horrible, her delivery is terrible. After the fiasco I attempted to make the appointment for eye dilation with a different doctor at the same office but was informed doctor stella is the owner, so I decided not to, I will take my business elsewhere, I do not recommend anyone to go there ever. It took all I had in me to keep my cool and not go off, mainly because the two girls at the front were extremely nice. We got no help and at all and wasted an eye exam and paid a copay. For her nonsense.
