This was an all around great experience. It's been close to 20 years since I've been to see an eye doctor and Dr. Hunt made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves. He even walked me through the store to show me what I would see wearing glasses for the first time and comparing writing on items to my job to make sure everything was perfect. The gentleman at the front helped me pick out frames and explained my insurance coverage. Overall great experience. Thank you Dr. Hunt!

Dr. Hunt is fabulous. Not only is he professional but he's also very personable and put myself and my husband instantly at ease. It's been 20 years since I've gone to an optometrist and I was nervous as all get out, but his kindness and willingness to crack a few jokes with me really calmed me down. The people at the glasses counter were incredible as well, I even pulled "girl code" and made her promise if my frames looked bad on me she'd tell me. She was very knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and was able to suggest things that were helpful to me. 10 out of 10 experience!

I bought eyeglasses frames online and had Sam's Club Optical make the lenses for my frames. After waiting for a week they told me they made a mistake and were going to send the lenses back, so I waited another week and finally they called me. When I went to pick up my glasses I saw that the lenses didn't fit correctly and that they had changed the little screws on the frame with longer screws, that was to make the lenses fit. The glasses just looked terrible and I hate to have spent so much money on something I don't like and it was all because they lack professionalism when taking measurements or owning up to their mistakes.
I would not recommend this optical to anyone.They should have taken new measurements and made new lenses. I also payed extra for the lenses to be thin and the lenses they gave me are huge, really thick, that makes me question if they even did what was required from them...
