Despite knowing I had no insurance, she displayed genuine compassion and urgency, scheduling me for an appointment as soon as possible. Her primary concern was ensuring that I received the care I needed without delay. At my appointment, I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Dexter, who conducted a thorough eye examination and updated my prescription. His professionalism and attention to detail gave me confidence that I was in excellent hands. I also want to express my gratitude to Pete, whose outstanding service and support made the entire process seamless. Pete went above and beyond to ensure my glasses were prepared with precision and delivered promptly. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out and made a lasting impression. In just over a week, Vision Source had prepared two new pairs of glasses for me. I have been a patient for Dr. Morrison for years but the office manager is totally rude and disrespectful. She call me early in the morning at 8:00am to remind me of a next day appointment. I explained to her that I receive business calls after 9 am and this woman argued with me and told me next time she won't bother me with an appointment reminder. I immediately cancelled the appointment because I didn't want to deal with this woman mental illness. One month later I call the office to schedule a new appointment and the same office manager refuses to schedule me an appointment and she decided to put me on a call waiting list because of my cancellation. I asked to speak to Dr. Morrison and she refused me and said he was in a meeting with a patient and hung up the phone call. I'm filing a grievance report to Medicaid on Dr. Morrison staff and his Administration. This office manager she not be working in a health care environment and involving the mistreatment of patients.

As a first time client I was very impressed with how the office staff worked so well together. They were very professional. I have nothing but pleasent things to say about the office. The only issue is the small waiting area. That is a very minor concern. My eye exams were very thorough and not as uncomfortable as I had anticipated. I do like a business that is multi lingual. Yes I recommend this business for eye care needs. Yes I will be telling friends and family and yes I shall return when I need too.

One of the best private optical practices in Vegas. The staff is incredible and the benefits they provide to their patients is top tier. They have some of the best brands available to choose from in eyewear and I highly recommend this wonderful experience.

This is my second time around. Dr. Morris and his staff are very attentive, welcoming and patient. I took my time choosing my glasses and they did not rush me and assisted me with finding the glasses that best suited my face features and skin tone. Will definitely go back.

Just an overall terrible customer service experience. I order two set of new glasses and they didn't have my prescription, mind you I have already purchased using the same info. I emailed in it as asked and never got a reply. I called a week later and was advised they don't have it and don't have access to the email on the site. It's not 1995 anymore. Then if alll wondering if they are ready and they only have one pair. I drive one hour in the lovely Vegas traffic and now get to do it all over again. Attention to detail does not seem to be the strength of this place. This will be my last time doing business here and I still have to wait for my other glasses.
