I just had my second visit yesterday at Nevada Eyes Physicians in Pahrump. Being in the afternoon, even with some staff at lunch, I was met by a very enthusiastic group of employees. Ty at the front desk was welcoming and I was treated very nicely by the back office staff, and then Dr. Neibauer. Going to the office for my yearly checkup was a great professional experience.

I was just there on Tuesday this week and saw Dr Peterson. Liked him a lot, he did a thorough exam and gave me a good explanation of the problem. However, the staff was not welcoming at all, front desk girl never spoke to anyone, the fella couldn't seem to hear, had to repeat everything 3 times. I have been here several times for surgery and love the doctors, the staff can use more customer service training, as are not very friendly. Also tried to make an appt for what I believed was a fairly urgent matter and again the front desk girl put me off 2 weeks. Come to find out the Dr said I could have seen him much sooner. Little regard or knowledge of timeliness for appts.
