This was my first visit to Battle Born Eye Care Associates and from the moment I set my appointment to walking in the door the staff was very helpful and Dr Chris explained step by step what the eye exam entailed and they have very cool technology to determine your eye care needs. My family and I have been patients here for your years and the care has been consistently amazing from day one. Both Dr Brittany and Dr Chris Nannini are not only knowledgeable, kind, and competent, but they are just really good people. Their staff is so wonderful as well. From the moment you walk in, the level of customer service is above and beyond. It's so refreshing as you just don't find this as often these days. And to top it off, I had the best experience at my last visit. The frame on my glasses broke and I thought I needed to purchase a new pair, but lo and behold it was just missing a screw. Sarah told me it would be an easy fix and that I could hold off on purchasing a new pair if I wanted to. This is always the honesty and level of care you get from everyone at Battleborn, I love it here! And side note, Jessica thank you for figuring out the chair and sending me the Amazon link, I appreciate it!
