Great customer service! I purchased new lenses for my sunglasses. I received the wrong prescription from my Dr., and wasn't aware until I received my new lenses.
I got my correct prescription and they returned to purchase the right lenses. The manager at Eyemart helped me. She replaced they lenses without charging me again, even though it was not their mistake.
I can't believe how much she helped without asking for anything in return. WONDERFUL customer service. I'll be back next time I need new glasses or lenses.

Eyemart Express exceeded my expectations of getting new glasses! From the moment they checked me in to the moment I received my new glasses.
Jeffrey was wonderful. I told him what I was looking for and even though he was busy, he brought me a pair of glasses to try on. Then opened a drawer for me to try on others as well. But, it was the original pair of glasses, that he gave me initially, that I chose as the winner. He knows his business.
So, I used my eye glass insurance benefits of 2025, and, picked them up within two hours! To top it off, I had chosen a runner up pair, that I will go back and purchase with my new eye glass benefits that will be loaded up in the coming new year of 2026!

The eye exam was quick and she explained it as she went along. Then go through the doors into eye mart where you work one on one with a rep. I have no insurance, and I got a pair of progressives and a pair of progressive sunglasses for less than 350. And I got both pair in 3 hours.
