Downtown Vision is the best office! From the minute you walk in the door you feel so welcomed. It's a very clean and organized office. The front office staff are so nice. Dr. Troy Ogden is so friendly and makes you feel at ease during your exam. He is the best eye Dr. I have ever had. He is very professional and courteous. He takes his time with you and never rushes your appointment. I was also helped by Hailey, Morgan, and Evelyn who all were very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I have been going to Downtown Vision for years and every time I go there I am so impressed on the level of customer service they provide! Thank you everyone.

Dr. Ogden Is a wonderful doctor!
I have been seeing him for years and he has always been very helpful in modifying my prescription as my eyes change,

The reason that I continue to choose downtown vision is the high quality Zeiss lenses. I am heavily myopic and I really notice the difference in lens quality. I tried Costco and others that were lower cost but I could not see well with those lenses. Zeiss makes the precision optical tools used at my work so I had high confidence heading into my first visit that I would have a good experience.

I was very impressed with my visit. I was ordering glasses. They took a lot of time, listened to what I had to say and what my needs were. They were patient and kind. I picked out glasses and because they listened, they picked some for me to try. It turned out that is exactly what I wanted and needed. None of the ones I picked were right. Added bonus was Stephanie is a pit bull lover and cares about the environment. Huge plus for me. She was friendly and truly cares. I never once felt rushed. My highest recommendation. I won't go anywhere else (and I have tried many different places). Kudos to Stephanie!!! Thank you!!!

Always the best experience at downtown vision getting my annual eye exam and vision health check. Very thorough and answer any questions you have with detail. I hadn't seen Dr. Angelini for quite a while since he semi retired. He took the time to stop and talk to me in the waiting room because he remembered me from years ago while I was waiting for my appointment with Dr. Allen. Downtown vision staff makes you feel like family!
