Dr. Terance Cochrane, OD

Wife has been going to Dr. Cochrane for years and I for a couple. Never a problem. Staff is wonderful, has all the latest and newest equipment, no issues with billing and insurance, gives you all options with no pressure for the most expensive and a great bedside manner. Couldn't be happier.

I was able to get an appointment with Cochrane's Office in short order for myself and my Son. Dr. Cochrane's bedside manner is good. His staff is only average, however the lady explaining glasses options and charges was thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Cochrane and will be going there again.

My wife and I were looking for a GOOD optometrist to replace the one we had been going to see for many years. The previous optometrist was good, but he had expanded his practice after several years and it had become too big for us. It was difficult to navigate their phone system, which was completely automated and frustrating. Also, his practice was on the other side of the city. There was typically a wait which was abnormally long for an optometrist. We found Dr. Cochrane after searching for someone close to our home. Dr. Cochrane is very thorough in his approach to the eye examination, and he is personable and friendly. This is important to us. The equipment is modern, and the office is comfortable and not too big. There is enough staff to make sure you are taken care of in a timely manner and there is no pressure to purchase a pair of glasses even if you need to update your prescription. Thanks to Dr. Cochrane and his staff.

I have been a patient of Doctor Cochrane for almost 5 years and I can say I love everything about him as a person/doctor, & his staff is absolutely amazing. When I have had to use medicaid, I never felt second class. They are always there/willing to help whatever the case may be.. finding frames, answering questions, ect. I also take my family there (11 members at least lol). I do not forsee us going anywhere else.. ever!! Kudos to Doctor Cochrane & his wonderful staff & many thank yous!

My visit was not at all professional and frankly every person was very short, in a hurry and rude. I was the last patient of the day. The doctor basically stood with his hand on the door while I asked questions. As soon as he dropped me off to pick out my glasses he left the office. None of the girls helped me when looking at glasses. They stood in the back until I was done picking and filled out the forms. I will not ever go back and do not recommend visiting on a Friday afternoon.

I went there for my appointment made through LHI. I usually do not expect much from the LHI appointment. Because of the nature of the LHI, they usually focus on minimizing the cost of the service. However, Dr Cochrane was different doctor that I have met through LHI appointment. Great doctor and willing to talk to the patient genuinely. Will come back as a routine patient and I will bring my families as well.

I have needed persciptions glasses as long as I can remember. In my years of wearing glasses, no one has ever perscribed me the "right" glasses. I never knew what I was missing! Thank you so much Dr Cochrane. I little on the pricey side but we'll worth the money!

I have been a patient of Dr Cochrane's for over 30yrs. He is the best in town, in my opinion.
