I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years (yes, I'm old) and I just had the best service I've ever had getting my prescription updated and ordering new glasses. The people at the Pritchett office on Keystone were fantastic.
They listen to you and they care about providing great service and just being kind and thoughtful. Give them a call the next time you're looking to book your next eye exam, they just great !

I scheduled an eye exam on Friday at 12:45 p.m. I was greeted by the front desk staff who was very friendly and professional. Check in was quick and I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. The offices were very clean. Dr. Brown was very friendly and helpful. She patiently answered all my questions and made recommendations for my eye health. I highly recommend Dr. Brown at this location.

Horrible communication. They never answer the phone. Or get back to when they say they are going to. During screening wouldn't listen to input and now Im getting headache from the contacts cause I dont think they are right but when I tried saying something during the appointment they just pushed it to the side. Doesn't really seem like they care at all about anything .
I honestly wish we would have went somewhere else.

Waiting over five weeks to get a pair of glasses seems to be a little crazy. Unreasonable expectations. When you call, you're just dismissed and say call another week super frustrating.

I have now been to three different locations and this one is hands down the best one in Nevada. I drove a hour to go to this location. They have the friendliest staff from the ladies up front to Doctor Brown. Even the young man training made us feel right at home. It was the fastest eye appointment for my boys as well. Just a really positive experience. I wish I could give even more stars. Thanks for all you do!

I cannot say enough nice things about this branch. Dr. Alexandria Brown, is hands down, the best eye doctor I have ever seen. She is patient, she listens, makes you feel comfortable, and is excellent at her job. I will never go anywhere else. The front desk staff is also excellent. Leticia has always gone above and beyond to help me, and is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. She's a real gem.
