I love it here! From the eye doctor to the staff everyone is great! Fantastic service, very helpful no pressure at all when selecting new glasses and very helpful with questions I had. The doc is so sweet and knowledgeable about her work made me feel very comfortable and pleased with my exam all the way through. No reason to go anywhere else I highly recommend this place to everybody.

Got here on Thursday and was expecting office to be open and I came by bus and walked a 1/2 mile in the extreme heat from closest bus stop; but even arriving at 5 minutes past 5:00pm and posted hours are supposedly til 530pm, they were closed with a note on their front door: "sorry,.....blah, blah, blah." I seriously need my glasses and couldn't get them. BTW, TODAY IS MY ONLY DAY OFF AND HAD A MYRIAD OF STUFF ON MY AGENDA; THEREFORE I put this last because of the logistics and availability of services until 5:30pm.

I had to go to their Moana location vs the Keystone location, and was not disappointed. I liked the last doc, but saw a new doc and she was good also. Plus she fully embraced/showed accountability and integrity. I will remain with her until she retires no matter where she works. As for the office it was clean and everybody was helpful and professional and Moana doesn't have stairs like Keystone. Stairs are kryptonite to me. If they don't hinder you in anyway you can't go wrong with either location
