Everyone at this office is helpful and courteous from my comprehensive exam to picking up my glasses in just a few weeks (quick even around the holidays). I would recommend this place to anyone in the area and look forward to grabbing my second pair in the near future!

HOW CAN THEY FORCE YOU TO DO A SCAN/PICTURE IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOU CHILDREN THERE FOR JUST GLASSES, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE A MANDOTORY COST OF 45$ FOR A RETINAL IMAGE FOR ALL THREE OF MNY CHILDREN. THIS SHOULD BE OPTIONAL. WILL BE CHANGING OFFICES. WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE POLICY THE FRONT DESK LADY AT THE NORTH HILLS OFFICE WAS VERY RUDE!

They recently had a policy change for something that costs out of pocket and gave NO warning prior to our appointment when they were charging us what used to be a fee we could opt out of. Now you have no choice but to pay out of pocket for an exam you may not even need! Already looking for a new place which is sad because we've been coming here since 2015. I mean I'm on Medicaid. I already know I CANT afford health care. Why force me into something I don't need and never got before now and have been just fine? Providers are AMAZING. The whole office staff needs customer service training though. No warnings are given about additional fees until they're asking you to pay them AFTER your exams have already been completed

This was by far the best eye care I have ever received! I've been to many different eye doctors in my life and Curtiss Johnson has been the best so far. Everyone was so nice and caring at the office as well. I even learned something new about my eyes I was never told about before! I highly recommend this place! Best eye experience ever.
