Im honestly not sure where to start from the moment I reached out to this location I was heard, cared for, and received excellent customer service!
I had an emergency where I needed to address a problem with my eyes ASAP before leaving the country for vacation.
Ashley at the front desk listened to me and was able to get me in immediately.
The technician who assisted me before seeing the Dr was kind and pleasant.
Dr Moerdick was a rockstar! He addressed all of my concerns and helped to lay aside the misconceptions I had been passed down from general practitioners who just are not able to help with eye problems.
I cannot recommend this practice enough,

Wonderful-wonderful! I'll be coming to this location on double r for the rest of my life-
Doctor was completely accurate and efficient through and through- after that u head down to pick your frames and in my case contact lenses too! She broke down everything price by price, and made sure to understand what my insurance covered- I knew xactly what I was paying for- Nice work ladies- I will refer everyone I know- starting with my folks and family! Thank a million- it means so much for me to be able to see and be comfortable at the same time!

Wasn't shipping today, but stopped in to look. They carried some very nice, current, and stylish stuff. Lots of good stuff for guys and some very cool Face a Face frames. Being an optician myself for over a decade, I could tell the eye care professionals here knew their stuff.

Ordered replacement glasses. Was told it would take 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to see when they would be in. They had never placed the order, now I'm told it will be another 3 weeks. Poor customer service.
