My experience at the Sam's Club optical center in Reno was extremely disappointing. The staff was not customer-oriented and their behavior came across as rude and unprofessional. I also perceived discriminatory attitudes, which is unacceptable in any service environment. Instead of providing guidance or genuine assistance, the focus seemed to be solely on pushing sales, with little to no interest in understanding my needs. As a veteran, I was especially disappointed by the lack of respect and support shown. This location requires significant improvement in professionalism, customer service, and inclusivity

This is probably the single best place to go in the entire region for glasses. A broad selection of frames. The entire staff are super helpful and just naturally cheerful! They are also skillful & fast with adjustments. Total pros!

I had my eye exam and they charged me 105 dollars since the doctor did not want to use my insurance and asked me to request my reimbursement with the insurance. I've been trying to get my refund for 2 months but the insurance says that this location is not within the network and the doctor assures that it is and the responsibility is delimited. I don't understand why she didn't want to use my insurance when I asked her

Poor quality service, optician refused to do a proper eye exam. She was guessing on my numbers, I received my glasses and they were too strong, I returned them. The assistance were nice. But customer service asking for a refund was not properly completed. Optician refused it. Please take your business elsewhere. She (optician) could at least recognize her own mistakes instead of blaming the customer. How rude. She lacks experience. - no star

I was greeted with nothing but smiles. I am new to the area and had not yet found a vision/glasses store until I looked at what my insurance covered. Sams club came up but I was a bit skeptical going to a big warehouse store for this service. It happened to be the closest one to me so I called. I spoke to a very happy female about the string on my glasses broke. She told me to come in and they would fix them. I didn't even need an appointment. I went on my lunch break still doubting the quality of service I would get. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by several smiling faces. I ended up speaking to the same girl I spoke to on the phone. She took my glasses and said come back in 20 minutes. When I returned my glasses were fixed, adjusted, tightened, cleaned and wrapped for protection. I figured the next hurtle would be the cost. NOPE! It was free. I will continue going to Sams Club vision for all my future vision needs. I would like to thank the entire team for a great experience.
