Athena, the scheduler, needs to be fired immediately. Absolutely rude service EVERY single time I get a call from her (Connie is wonderful, however).Today was the last straw - I asked her to relay a message to Dr. Gohn after continued treatment of an eye condition hasn't improved, despite use of the strongest steroid they could give for 2 months straight, and she took it personally, hanging up the call on me, telling me to use artificial tears for new onset of pain and swelling to the eye (ridiculous???). Doctor doesn't take complaints seriously either, brushing off possibilities like they're a spec of dust on a kitchen counter, mind you, without further explanation, testing, or diagnosis of why those possibilities can be ruled out. What kind of doctor diagnoses patients without further consideration of other differential diagnoses?
Skip this place and find a practice that cares about you rather than the money you can provide them.
The customer service staff is not very efficient. After waiting a half hour my name was called but a room wasn't ready, so had to wait longer. This occurred at least a couple more times. Dr. Stanko is great, very professional and thorough. Also had to wait to check out since two of the windows were closed. Wasn't the only person waiting. My appointment turned into almost 2 hrs, where it should have been shorter.
Although Sierra Eye Assiciates may, in theory, be a good practice....waiting three hours to be seen is ridiculous. Also, while sitting in the exam room, it was pretty unprofessional to be able to hear every detail of the techs date last night through the door. Super unprofessional and the scheduler needs to be replaced. ZERO STARS
I obtained a prescription for glasses from this facility. I didn't have the money to get new glasses at that time, but I since went and got the Rx filled. To do so took quite a bit of effort, as the tech had dated my Rx 2020. While at Costco, we called to have it corrected. I could NOT get a human to answer the phone until I pretended that I was calling to make a payment. After about 45", I was able to get the Rx filled after they agreed to correct it....but I had to repeatedly explain that their date was wrong as I had only been to their office ONCE.
I can't use the glasses without getting sick to my stomach. When I had Costco check the Rx, it showed that my vision had miraculously improved all by itself. Clearly, not the case. They suggested I go back to SEA and get the Rx re-done correctly. I attempted to do so. After standing at the counter for 3-4 minutes and being ignored by the woman behind the counter, I was finally told someone would be with me shortly. I explained the situation to the next girl who then told me I would need to pay for another exam, even if the Rx was deemed incorrect. She then handed me a card and told me to call in to make an appointment. ??? I was in their office. I told her I didn't agree that it was the best method to obtain an appointment as no one answered their phone. She insisted and further told me that I could expect to be put off until August. In the meantime, I only had so much time to get the Rx fixed with Costco without an additional charge from them. They, Costco, however said they could offer me some leniency given the situation with SEA.
Horrible customer service. I don't know if the doctor I saw would override the clerks decision of an additional charge, and neither did she, as she was too lazy to get up and go ask someone who had some authority.
Too many other choices in town to put up with such poor customer service!
This is a nightmare! They have several employees. I've seen at least 12 different staff members, but they are so over booked they don't have nearly enough seating for all the patients. It does not make sense with Covid that they would allow people to sit down right next to each other. They are behind and late and the waiting room area is filthy. I was recently in a vehicle accident and hurt my back. It's hard to have your child sit on your lap because there is no seating. Hopefully this is the one and only time we need to be here. There seems to be poor organization with the staff as no-one seems to know what they're doing or what they should be doing, instead they are having personal conversations in different groups. The other patients here have been pacing and seem very irritated as well as many have made the same comments. We decided to leave after waiting 40+ minutes in the crowded waiting room as this is entirely unprofessional. So much for scheduling an appointment as they won't see you in a reasonable time frame. This is absolutely Ridiculous!

Stay away! The Dr did the surgery and charged for several extra things that were not used during my daughter's surgery. Then when I confronted the office and confirmed this had happened and they said they were willing to adjust the bill, but they ghosted me. And nothing ever got fixed and I was forced to pay the bill because I kept getting letters saying my bill was going to collections as it was past due. Worse Jessica from billing department was by far the worse to deal with and all of Dr hongs staff I spoke with were not friendly.
Both Dr Stanko and Khanani are outstanding. I highly recommend both of them. Yes at times there is a long wait time but that is because you are getting quality.
I would think twice about going to them they will make you appointment they call you to remind you about your appointment when you go there they say that you don't have appointment they don't know what they are doing
