I bought L.A.M.B eye glasses from here over a week ago. I have a hard time getting frames that are right for me, and as usual, I went through the selection, with no luck. Shirley brought these frames to me and I fell in love with them! She knew what was good for me. I got them today, and I haven't taken them off since. They are so comfortable! I haven't had glasses since I broke my other ones in 2023, and have been using reading glasses to help. My eyesight deteriorated over that time so badly that nothing came clearly to me. The doctor at visionworks came through with my bifocals. I can see clearly for the first time in two years!
And my frames work so well with my face,and with incredible comfort.

I will give 5 stars to the eye doctor staff, friendly and very professional.
I will give 2 star to VisionWorks staff member.
Today I was with the intention to buy new glasses, which I spoke with Debbie and she was very nice with me to this point.
I placed the order and about one hour later I call to cancel the order due of personal reasons. When she called me: I said I wanted to cancel the order and she responded: I knew that's what you were going to do! and hang up the phone on me and left me talking to myself.
I still wanted to ask how the process was going to work because I usually don't use insurance.
Called back and someone else answered the phone and was very polite with me and explained how it works.
