I want to give a shout out to the manager Lisa. She tried above and beyond to get my husband into see the optometrist. He lost his glasses and is only home on the weekends so his time is limited. I appreciate her diligence to get him seen by a Dr immediately. Her work ethic speaks volumes.

Absolutely LOVE the service and genuine care I feel at this Walmart Vision Center! Lisa is such a wonderful person, excellent and superb service from her every time. I'm always happy when I go in and have her to help me. She helped me navigate my insurance for both glasses and a year of contacts. I managed to run over my glasses with my truck. Fortunately the case offered some protection and nothing was actually broken but the frames were bent and missing a screw. Monica Bain put in a screw and set the lens. I walked in with my glasses in a bag and walked out with them on my face. I offered to pay for the service but she absolutely refused...that's real customer service. Thank You Moni.

She's friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure her customers get exactly what they need. From calling insurance providers to fix issues to measuring glasses accurately, I always know I can trust that my glasses will be perfect. She is such an asset to this center. I Just recently went down to this Walmart eye center with my girlfriend to help her choose glasses and Dr. Robert K. Horner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend anyone come here unless you want to basically be talked down to when you just have questions or concerns. looking at previous reviews I'm surprised he still works here. although the employees up front were a great help and was willing to go out their way to ensure that her glasses were just right.

I spoke to Lisa over the phone about making an appointment there and she was very helpful. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't work for the doctor there but she let me know how much it would cost out of pocket and how she could help me get glasses if I bring in a prescription from somewhere else. My wife also brought our daughter in to get some sunglasses and said the manager was great with her!
