Staff at West Vision Center are supportive, professional & friendly. After their renovations, their frames inventory have a modern selection for adults and kids, just what our family needed. Staff was able to let us know what is our insurance coverage and how to maximize it. If you don't have vision insurance the cost of frames and lenses are worth each penny and are affordable. We didn't like the transition lenses initially ordered, and staff was able to accommodate our request, and the lenses were reordered at not additional cost, kiddos' frame got adjusted multiple times for better fitting, within their 60day policy. Staff were very patient. Its Location and hours of operation are very convenient

I've been coming to this Walmart for the past five years. They always have great options when it comes to glasses. Shoutout to Maddy for helping me countless times with ordering glasses and taking advantage of the warranty Walmart offers. Just this last time, Amy was a huge help with picking out and pricing different glasses. I was able to order two pairs of glasses and one pair of sunglasses. This is a great location with a great group of people who are willing to help and make sure you're satisfied with your purchase.
