I brought my magnifier glasses in because I dropped them and they had a bad scratch on the lens. Larry is so Knowledgeable and friendly. He Ordered brand new glass for them and cut them to fit. They came out 100% perfect. Such impeccable service. If I could, I would give a 10 star review. Thank you Larry It was a pleasure dealing with you. I'm so happy with my glasses.

Been there twice and got wonderful service. Thank you. And sorry about people crying about rude service. They dont get it you guys are so busy you not have all day with a customer. And if you do people need to be patient.

We searched for a long time and carefully for a clinic where we could undergo an ophthalmological examination. This clinic had a lot of good reviews, and that's why we chose it. The lady at the front desk greeted us very warmly, and soon we were at Dr. Scott's appointment. Since this was our first appointment with an optometrist, we had a lot of questions for the doctor. Dr. Scott gave detailed and comprehensive answers to all the questions, surprising us with the depth of his scientific knowledge. After the exam, Dr. Scott referred us to Mr. Lee, an employee of American Eyecare, for a selection of glasses. Mr. Lee's level of professionalism deserves the highest praise. He spent a lot of time with us, helping us choose frames and lenses. Eyeglass manufacturing technologies have now advanced so far that in order to make the right choice, a highly qualified specialist in this high-tech field is absolutely necessary. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Lee. We also had a lot of questions for him, and he answered each of them kindly and comprehensively. The glasses were made for us in a few days. We are very glad that we chose this particular eye care company.

I've been here multiple times. Doctors are good. Most front office people are good. But there is this one older lady that's just horrible. She's been rude and refused to help me multiple times now. In person she flipped out and caused a scene. Months later I call to get more contacts and she says no that she can't help me and to have a good day. I call back and someone else answers and they helped. She's just rude and not doing her job. I asked for her name and no one gave it. I don't know how she has a job.

My new and only pair of glasses got bumped hard and were all out of adjustment so i stopped by American Eyecare a couple days ago hoping i had some kind of warranty because i'm short on money. I was helped by Lee and he told me the frame was actually broken and then checked and there was no warranty. I was pretty bummed out and Lee then said he would do a free replacement for me just this once. My savior Lee, thank you, you have no idea how much i needed that help. This stores been so great to me, i highly recommend .

BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I got glasses as well as TRIED to get contacts with no result and terrible glasses. I asked about expensive glasses and was told one price in store then when I attempt to buy the glasses a couple weeks later they up my price by almost $200! Then the MANAGER hung up on me as soon as I don't like their $750 price tag. The manager is the biggest problem there. He is extremely rude and shouldn't be in a position of any type of authority there. As long as this business keeps this irresponsible rude and manipulative manager you people will continue getting bad reviews and losing customers! I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY HERE AGAIN!

American Eyecare has been absolutely wonderful to us over the years! My family's needs range from simple single vision lenses to complex ever changing progressive lenses; the staff have been absolutely wonderful during every single visit! Very knowledgeable, professional and they offer a wide array of frames to fit every face type and style. I highly recommend American Eyecare for your vision needs!!

I had the best possible experience at American Eyecare in the Belknap Mall. Don Haywood had so much knowledge and experience, it was incredible. I went in there with my defenses up and I am not an easy guy to win over, but Don took his time. He explained more things about eye glasses than I ever knew existed. Everything was open and transparent and nothing was hidden. Don made a few promises and he kept everyone. I will never go elsewhere for glasses and I will refer people to Don with confidence. By the way I traveled 3 hours round trip to go to American Eyecare and it was worth every mile. You can find no better place for all your eye care needs.
