Infocus Eyecare

I've been going here for several years. Very Modern, professional, friendly and efficient office. Doctor Krauchunas is an excellent OD and very pleasant. They do book out far in advance for routine eye care, just be proactive. Best in the Lakes Region.

I made my yearly visit over a year and a half in advance because I know how far out they tend to book. A month before my visit (also a month before my prescription runs out) they text me saying they canceled my appointment because my provider is on medical leave. I understand things happen but they did not even care to try to find time with another provider and said they're booking out 6 months now. Like are we serious? So you're asking me to go over 6 months without my prescription contacts? It's extremely rude and who's to say they wouldn't cancel the next! Never going back here again.

As I walked in everyone was very friendly and professional. Their eye exams are very thorough and they walk with you on what's normal and what's not when it comes to looking through your pics of inside the eye. Very good at answering your questions/ concerns. What's nice was I was able to hand my prescription over and they were able to finish my new glasses in less than an hr vs waiting days/week.

I have called three times to Infocus and left three different messages over three days. No one has returned my call. If this is the service before the sale, I can only assume the worst after. I will not be following up with them for further care.

I want to give a big shoutout to the team at Infocus Eyecare. For outstanding customer service follow up. Walked in this afternoon. Walked out with repaired eyeglasses.

From start to finish, each person I came into contact with was kind and courteous. 1. The gal with the pink hair, (sorry I didn't catch her name) accommodated for my hearing impairment. 2. After the shock of knowing what Medicare would NOT be covering, which took my breath away, Marsha called me in and calmed me down right away with her sense of humor. I immediately wanted her phone number! ha ha. 3. The Doc really was kind and thorough in explaining his findings and my options. And finally Larry!! Larry went above and beyond by tightening my old glasses, cleaning the lenses, and replacing my nose pieces. Just wow! I'll be telling all my friends, for sure. Thank you!! Really. Thank you.

Everyone is so professional, understanding and friendly!! They were also extremely honest. They told me at 47, I didn't need prescription glasses and would fine with pharmacy reading glasses for very small print. I also appreciated the option given to me to come back on a less sunny day to have my eyes dilated, after I was already there! Thank you!
