Concord Family Vision

Avoid this practice like the PLAGUE. Office staff can make or break a practice and this staff does theirs no favors. They cancel vision-saving tests you've had for months if they suspect that you don't have insurance (which wasn't the case, I had asked them to give me a chance to get my new insurance information together). They want to blame the snowstorm, but they also added that they were also cancelling because my information wasn't yet updated. No attempt was made to reschedule. Regardless of how long you've been a patient there, they have no care for the well-being of their patients, just the ones they know have money. To top it off, the apology I received from the office manager was that "she's sorry if I took it that way." Get real, Karen, and take some responsibility for the actions of your staff.

After over 20 years and thousands of dollars spent with Concord Family vision I was denied an appointment to get my vision checked. The reason I was given by the front desk was it's been over two years since my last visit. I was told that its been about 3 years and that anything over two years was grounds for removal and that I would have to apply to be a new client but unfortunately Concord Family Vision wasn't currently excepting any new patience. Then they advised that I go check with the eye doctor across the street. This is after I've spent years developing a relationship with Concord family vision and spent thousands of dollars. My last visit alone I purchased three fairly expensive pairs of glasses with them and this is how im treated Being told good luck with the guys across the street. Not cool...

Since it's been just about a year, figured I'd finally rate this. First and foremost: my doc is great, reception is on top of things, etc. The negative: getting glasses here was a nightmare. After having my lenses made 3x, I finally went elsewhere (strongly suggest you do too), and had them made right! My last set of lenses had induced prism in them and I had been walking around dizzy as ever. Because of this ordeal, I went in to see if there was any sort of future discount I could receive for frames (trying to allow an opportunity to make things right). It's not part of their policy and then they said that if I had returned my lenses, they could have refunded me for those in some sort of way. Of course, I was never told this as I had lenses after lenses made. In the end, I've waited months to see if there was any opportunity for a frame discount (which was alluded to during my initial frame discount conversation). Nothing has come of it. Such a waste of money and terrible service. Hope they have changed their quality, but I have no business going back for glasses! TLDR: go somewhere else to order glasses!

Went to Concord Family Dental for the first time and it was excellent. I'd give 6 stars if I could. The whole staff Dr. Udina, Ashley & Ashley, the girls at checkout and Peter were all very professional. I highly recommend this office.

The office is a pleasant surprise, fresh and airy. They have all sorts of health precautions in place to make anyone feel comfortable. I was especially happy to find off-street parking available since I am strongly averse to parallel parking! All of the staff were hospitable and professional. In my untrained opinion, all of the equipment seemed to be up-to-date and in excellent condition. I have already recommended them to my husband .

The staff at Concord Family Vision was extremely helpful and nice. I am in town for a week to visit family but forgot to pack my contact lenses. They were able to help me in a pinch in a short notice. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I brought both of my children to Concord Family Vision and decided to switch to their wonderful practice for my own eye care as well. I was VERY happy with the wonderful customer service, EXCELLENT selection of very stylish choices of glasses and the comfortable office! I love to see all the friendly faces every time we visit! Always professional and so very polite and patient with the kids. Highly recommend to all!!

Super friendly and professional. Had to have a piece of metal removed from my eye, they were able to take me in immediately and I didn't feel a thing. They made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time and my eye was back to 100% by the next morning! The doctor was a magician with his hands and tools. I recommend them for any eye care services you might need.
