I usually dread going to the eyeglass doctor but Visionworks made everything really easy! Didn't have to wait at all, paperwork was quick and easy, staff was very friendly and personable. The eye doctor I had was great at explaining why he was doing what each step of the way, was friendly, asked great questions, and I walked away from the appointment feeling good about everything. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had at an eye doctor appointment. I went to MyEyeDoctor before at the triangle mall in in Manchester and it was such a terrible experience. Going to Visionworks was like night and day. Thank you!

I went in for a routine eye exam after I had entered my insurance online prior to my appointment as instructed. It wasn't until after the exam I was notified that my insurance was out of network and I had a surprise charge of $155 when I was expecting my Routine eye exam to be covered by insurance and be $0. In my opinion, they should have told me in advance that it was out of network as I was not expecting this charge. The man that helped me was very rude and unprofessional. I used to purchase my glasses there. I will never set foot in that store again and I warn everybody about that and the unprofessionalism of the staff. This is something that should have been checked BEFORE as it was just a routine exam and no urgency to my appointment. I would have gone somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.
