If I could leave a 0 I would. Made appointment, gave insurance info. Day of, sorry we don't take your insurance. Gives no options , they don't care. I will make sure everyone knows how they are.

DO NOT come here for your eye exam. The doctor on duty is always late by at least 20-30 minutes. Prescribed the incorrect vision and jumped my script from 1.25 to 1.75! I am aware that I needed an increase but to jump that high is crazy! Had problems with getting the new glasses to how I wanted them and of course I go in and pick them up and they made the incorrect script for one of the 2 pairs that I purchased. Received one pair got them home and can't even wear them for more than five minutes because of the incorrect prescription. The doctor is always 20 to 30 minutes late and I've been set up with a new recheck appointment and again the doctor is beyond 20 minutes late. They do not respect their clientele. This is bad medicine. This is not how you treat your clients. Do not come here go and get your eyes examined somewhere else and if you'd like the glasses, come back and have them Filled, otherwise I don't recommend Walmart at all! Don't waste your time and money.

Mike one of the associates at this location decided he felt like closing early, so ignored the posted hours of 7pm, and refused service and sale of contact lens. Extremely disappointing as a long time customer, for individual businesses to ignore their posted hours, just because they feel like leaving early.

The older woman with red hair is miserable. Absolutely zero people skills. I went to just pickup my glasses that where already paid for and she made two of us wait while she went through an entire process of ordering glasses for someone in stead of asking the people she was help to hold for 10 seconds so she could hand me my glasses. What should have taken 30 seconds took 20 min

Pricing is good but customer service is not. I was picking up glasses and the women who released them to me made a face and said she does not like them "they are not her style" without me even asking. And then continued on about how unfashionable they are.

Let's start off with positive. The pricing is great and that's the only reason I go here. On the other hand the customer service is probably the worst I ever ever had to deal with. Rude, condescending and they have no idea how to treat a person. Do yourself a favor and try another Walmart vision center unless you like feeling horrible about your purchase after it's completed. FYI I'm not the only one to say this but one of few to actually write a review about it.
