I really appreciate admin Maddie, who went the extra mile to accommodate an urgent visit for me same-day. The check-in experience was also smooth and very professional. Krissy and Katie were also phenomenal and very caring, as well as Presley. If I ever travel again near here, I now have another home for eye care needs.

The Absolute Best Eye Doctor Office Around! The office is so clean and beautiful. Krissy did such a wonderful job,that Dr. Presley Hartenstein could see everything behind my eyes. Dr. Presley is so kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable and professional. She took her time with me explaining everything. Katie is so sweet and so helpful. Monique was so kind and took her time with me, setting up appointments and finding the perfect pair of eyeglasses for me. The whole staff is wonderful.....

Hampton eye care was amazing. I am from out of town and had an emergency eye injury. They got me in within 30 mins and the doctor was so nice and thorough. These people were amazing. I highly recommend them especially for urgent eye care. The woman who I spoke with on the phone initially was so nice and assuring. Everyone who I came into contact with there was perfect. Doctor Hartenstein is great, Amy his assistant is very sweet and helpful. Kim was also lovely. The receptionist that was there during my appointment was very pleasant. What more could you ask for? Who ever booked my appointment was very rude to the point where I almost decided to go somewhere else. But I hung in there because of Doctor/assistants . Definitely not a warm and fuzzy feeling in the office until you get in to exam rooms. Update! Had appointment today everyone was fantastic. Thank you Monique for the help with glasses.

I had used Hampton Eye Care Associates for decades, first seeing Dr. Hartenstein and then Dr. Craig and they are both excellent doctors, very thorough. I decided to go elsewhere as after the past three visits, I've developed an eye infection (conjunctivitis). I almost never get eye infections but they began over the past few visits after they introduced a new eye test that you look into that automatically detects your prescription and you put your eyelid against it. I didn't see them clean it before or after I had used it and while they certainly may have cleaned it without me seeing it, something changed in the environment there that was causing me to come home with conjunctivitis after my yearly exam (and I didn't have conjunctivitis going in). Three times over the past three visits is enough for me to conclude that something is likely wrong there and that isn't a coincidence and I hope it can be resolved.

Everyone there is so nice! I had my eye exam and the lady that took me back was awesome. She actually started a conversation with me so it wasn't just awkward exchange of information. The doctor was very nice and showed me some pictures of my eyes and what each thing meant in the pictures. The girl Katie m that helped me find my glasses is amazing. She's so nice I actually listened to what I wanted in a frame and narrowed it down very quickly! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new eye doctor!

I was in the area so stopped in to set up an appointment to get a prescription for bifocal eyeglasses. The ladies were so friendly and accommodating that they helped me right away and there was no need to come back. I also got some assistance in choosing the right size frames for my face, and my new glasses should be here in a week and a half- two weeks. So far I am pleased with the level of service I received and will definitely return when I need new glasses in the future.
