I had an outstanding experience at MyEyeDr. in Hampton, NH, and I genuinely feel compelled to share it. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, welcoming, and attentive. After dealing with a bad prescription from another location that caused a cascade of issues for me, I was understandably cautious. But the staff here took their time and made every effort to ensure my prescription was done carefully and correctly. I never felt rushed or dismissed- they listened. Gil was fantastic in helping me choose frames and lenses that actually fit my style and my day-to-day needs. He wasn't just trying to sell me something-he was thoughtful, honest, and clearly experienced. I walked out feeling confident in my choice. Ben, the store manager, went above and beyond. He made it clear that he genuinely cared about making things right and ensuring I had the best possible experience. After what I'd gone through elsewhere, that level of support meant a lot. It's rare to feel truly taken care of as a customer. This team delivered that. Highly recommend.

All of office staff is great - super friendly and helpful. Dr. Zeidan is phenomenal. She makes you feel so comfortable and answers all of your questions thoroughly. You never feel rushed, which seems like a rarity at any appointment these days. Highly recommend!

I went to my first appointment today. Dr Zeidan was amazing. Then entire staff was outstanding and very professional. Gil was helpful with assisting me in choosing my glasses. Very happy with my new Eye Dr.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Gill at the Hampton office. He was very professional and helpful with ordering my contacts and some new readers. It was a pleasure having my eye exam done there, the doc "Krista" and tech "sorry forgot his name :-)" were awesome also. Thanks again to everybody :-)

Gill and the front desk team were kind and really helped me out the day my puppy chewed up my progressives! I can't thank them enough for making a bad day much better and giving me faith that people are kind and good at their jobs!

I never write reviews. My experience with this eye care place was horrible. 1,295 dollars later and I had to go up the street to a different eye Dr for them to correct the lenses. I could go on and on about the incompetence and them not being clear about billing and not to mention not even fitting the new glasses to my face when I picked them up. I would stay far away from this place. Never again. Very misleading. Beware.

I never leave reviews, but this one got to me. I called ahead to confirm that my glasses had arrived and was told they were ready. I even left work early and drove 30 minutes to the office, only to be told once I got there that they actually hadn't come in yet. It was really disappointing and inconvenient. I hope they start double-checking orders before confirming with patients -- it would save people a lot of time and frustration.
