Cote Marguerite OD

I have been a patient at this office for years and can say that the professionalism just keeps going from bad to worse. The front desk staff is incredibly rude, last time I was in for an appointment the receptionist sat up front and talked openly and loudly about her ex husband and her family drama while ignoring the waiting room full of patients. She has horrible phone service and is always awful when trying to set up appointments. I have stayed despite this due to the fact I always liked doctor Cote herself. Mind you I pay out of pocket for my exams because they don't accept my insurance but I have remained loyal to the practice anyway. I can say I will be leaving this practice and would recommend that if you are thinking of joining you look elsewhere. After calling today to schedule an appointment, I am 9 months pregnant and was told I can't be seen until three months after I deliver. I expressed that I couldn't go this long without contacts and really didn't want to deliver a baby with glasses on. The women basically told me I was out of luck and the doctor wasn't going to help me and then called back to confirm doctor Cote wouldn't allow me to order any contacts to hold me over because I need an eye exam..... the eye exam they also told me I can't have until my baby is born? Glad that is what 15 years of loyalty to a practice gets you. I suggest spending your time and money at the practice that appreciates you and has some empathy to treat you like a human being.

Truly cares about her patients, I know many people that have gone to Dr. Cote for years. Her long time employees have also been with her for many many years. Every time I go into the office, I am taken good care of. She has a great collection of lenses, and whenever I need repairs, the turn around is very quick. I will be going to Dr. Cote, along with my family, for many years to come!

She is a lovely person to work with. I dislike going to any kind of doctors... but everyone there is so kind and patient I look forward to going

Dr Cote is one of the best doctors I have dealt with. I appreciate her office and their professional manner. I have always found this office to be thorough, competent and sharp.
