Went to the eye center today to get a pair of glasses. The process was so simple, fast and efficient. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and had little to no waiting time before they were able to help me. I didn't have my prescription on paper and they were able to get it faxed to them. A shoutout to Talia and her exceptional costumer service skills.

Talia and Katrina were AMAZING with my 3 year old daughter Aria this morning.
We needed new sunglasses for her and she insisted we needed to go to the "glasses store" for them. I brought her over to look and both women working said she was free to walk around. They asked her what her favorite color was, let her try on actual glasses frames, and had her try on sunglasses too! Originally I had no intentions of buying sunglasses there and was going to buy the $5 ones in the store, but the women there were so sweet to my daughter and she ended up loving the sunglasses she had on. While ringing up my order Talia gave her a purple glasses case (her favorite color) to keep her new shades save!
Thank you ladies so much... you went above and beyond and Ari won't stop talking about her experience!

Glasses broke within first 60 days. Took them back and they "repaired" them but I can already see that where they repaired them it's loose and likely to break. These were not cheap frames. Also, I don't see as well with these and it's the same prescription as my old glasses (my eyes didn't change). What a waste of $300 plus. Start to finish the customer service was not great. I'll never go back there.
