Maybe it is just the generation I grew up in, but when a customer is upset about something that is clearly the employee's fault, is it not your company's policy to try to deescalate the situation? I think the person who handles the scheduling of surgeries really ought to have a class on basic customer service skills. Received a voicemail early Wednesday about scheduling my Mom's surgery. I returned the call pretty quickly that day and had to leave a message. When a customer calls Wed, then Thurs, then 2x on Friday afternoon and still no return call until the word "supervisor" is mentioned at 3:50pm, the last thing I want to hear is, "I am only ONE person who is scheduling surgeries for 5 doctors while handling constant interruptions. You told my co-worker you were going to call my boss?" Towards the end of the conversation, I was asked, "So, DO YOU STILL want the name and phone number of my supervisor?!" No apology whatsoever during the entire conversation. In fact, she thought I did not even call until Thursday. It just baffles me how employees can feel so entitled to talk to customers that way. Based on another comment I read, I am not alone. How many other surgeries were scheduled ahead of my Mom's because this woman could not be bothered calling me back?

Everyone at this location is so kind and upbeat. I will especially mention the front desk woman. Amazing. She was smiling, positive, and helpful! She was not feeling well, yet, she still maintained a super friendly, kind demeanor. It is so rare these days to hear someone say "I'm here for the people".(I quote her) Truly a wonderful person. I hope the office realizes how lucky they are to have her.

Spindel Eye Associates has been taking care of my eyes for many, many years. The staff is friendly knowledgeable, and very helpful. Dr Nguyen takes time to answer questions and is fantastic! My husband and I feel like we're in great hands.

The receptionist was pleasant and professional. I didn't have too long to wait and there was plenty of seating so people had plenty of space. The tech called me and was very bubbly and friendly throughout the exam. The doctor is one that I have been going to for awhile and absolutely adore. She answers all my questions and no sugarcoating things. Yet she's very friendly and has a great sense of humor. Check out went smoothly and I got my visit for next year all scheduled.

Spindel Eye Associates has been great every time I've gone. Melanie, one of the ophthalmic technicians, was so kind--she really listened, answered all my questions, and got back to me quickly. I've been a patient at Spindel Eye Associates for nearly five years and have seen several doctors across their locations. Each one has been highly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciate that they have both ophthalmologists and optometrists, ensuring comprehensive eye care. Their facilities are well-equipped with advanced tools for precise eye exams. My eyes are very sensitive, but the staff always makes me feel comfortable. I saw Dr. Oblock yesterday, and my experience with him was effortless, polite, and professional. The entire team is courteous and welcoming, making every visit a positive one. I highly recommend this practice to my friends and family.

I am not one to complain nor have something bad to say about anybody. I am understanding and I know that people have bad days. My first visit at this new Londonderry office was not pleasant appointment. This is all based on the 2 ladies that do the eye testing and help find what lens works best for a patient. Both ladies were rude on how they spoke to me and in their demeanor. My wife, who was with me at my appointment was shocked on how I was being treated. At one point I wanted to get up and just leave. However, my experience with Brandon Nguyen, OD was pleasant. He was caring and patient with any questions I had. He even helped me and my wife with some questions we had regarding our 9 yr old son. I would have given this review all stars based on him but I am giving this to because of my interactions with the other two ladies. I hope no one else has experienced this.
