Just picked up my new prescription glasses from Matt and what can I say but perfection.
This is my second visit to Cohen's for glasses in the past 6 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Matt and his team really know what they're doing, unlike most other optical centers.

Friendly staff and customer service, but just want to share my experience for others. I brought 3 pairs of glasses here in a months span and 2/3 had problems, but they worked with me. 1st I brought some Gucci sunglasses in for prescription sun glass, and the frame had been damaged and given back to me, but I brought them back in and got the frame replaced. I had photo proof of them undamaged before bringing in. So that got resolved 2nd I brought my Cartier glasses in for prescription and there seemed to be a greenish coating flaking off within a couple days, I even brought them into another glasses store to get looked at and they said it seemed to be a anti reflective coating coming off, but by time I brought them back in it seems the coating had fully came off because it wasn't visible anymore and we agreed to let it be due to not being able to see it anymore and the fact that these are my every day glasses. The 3rd pair of glasses came out fine. Not here to tell bad about anyone, just here to share my experience for others

So I like designer sunglass frames with prescription lenses over regular eyeglass frames. I had been looking for a pair of gucci sunglasses for a few weeks and most places couldn't get them or made it seem like a very difficult process... walked in met with the owner Matt, and within 10 min he found the glasses, got me super thin transition lenses! Super easy! I will be coming here going forward! If you want the most trendy glasses and great service come here!!!!

Matt is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and provided me with two pairs of great looking glasses that worked well for me with two complex prescriptions. This Cohen's outlet is just great! I've done business with a few opticians over the years, and this place is by far the best. Matt, Taylor, and Frances are true professionals by every standard.
