When I had called and made my first appointment with this office, the woman over the phone was extremely unprofessional as she was having two conversations at once. She was also very rude and made me repeat myself multiple times. I called back the next day and complained. The second woman I spoke with was very apologetic and understanding. I hope this message was relayed to the supervisor. The physician herself was very knowledgeable and professional. The office was very clean. The best part of my visit was actually purchasing my glasses. The on-site shop is very quick. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the woman who assisted me while purchasing my glasses; but she was amazing. She was very friendly, polite, and was not pushy whatsoever. She was very smart and knew exactly what she was doing. I am happy that my bad experience over the phone ended in a better experience in person.

Service has gone down hill in the last year. They don't seem to keep track of billing and say you owe money when you don't (confirmed payment was made via bank records) and they also take forever to see you despite appointments. Their prices are also higher than average and they like to tell you that you need more expensive contact lenses than you actually do.

I had the best time during my visit!!! The entire staff is awesome and Dr Macdonald she is wonderful! Picking out glasses with Kathy was just fun had many laughs was very comfortable with Kathy, she is very professional and at the same time easy going she just made my experience a blast!!!

I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. I waited 40 minutes for my appointment to start without anyone bothering to tell me that things were running behind. I've been a patient for years, and have slowly seen the level of service go down. So disappointed.

I would give Kelly M MacDonald, O.D. ten stars if I could. I needed help with a very painful eye situation on a Saturday. Something was scratching my eye, felt like a rock was raking across my eyeball and eye drops did not help. I called Focused Eye Care at 7:30 am, they gave me a 9:15 appointment explaining that they would have to squeeze me in. Took me right at 9:15 with Dr MacDonald. She knew right away how to relieve the pain, find and remove the small bit of something stuck to the inside of my eyelid and provided me with antibiotic and eye drops. The best emergency treatment anywhere! Thank you for having Saturday hours.

I have been a patient of Dr Helfman ( Dr Prevost) before him for over 20 years . I just called to re-order my contacts in that I am on my last pair. I was told my script had expired ( I was there 9 months ago) and needed to come in - which I cant do until June 9th - because I work for a living . I am taking my eyes, my business, and money elsewhere . What ever happened to customer service
