Eye Practice of Nashua

In my honest opinion, they have the worst call center personnel and if you go to their Nashua business the only thing they will do is waste your time. Very sad. Luckily there isn't a shortage of capable optometrists in the area. Look elsewhere if you want your doctors to value your time.

I agree with others, doctors used to be nicer. My friend recommended this place and yet when I call to set up an appointment, they aren't taking new patients. I had previously heard good things from my friend, but I will not be recommending this office to anyone looking based on my experience.

Absolutely horrible doctors and rotating door of changing staff. The doctors do not care about you and rush you in and out of the appointment in 10 minutes. God forbid you have any questions about your eye health. Doctors do not care. I advise you to go somewhere else. My family won't be going here. ***Edit*** In response to the owner. Of course not, you wouldn't have an account for myself, only my cousin. I will not remove this honest review. How dare you assume this review is fictitious. Humble yourself. Your practice is not the best choice in town.

Very rude. Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient - the receptionist was curt, rude, and condescending. I was already beginning to question how comfortable I would be visiting this practice based on the conversation, when she literally snickered and snapped at me over an insurance question. Maybe she was just having a bad day, and I don't want to publicly shame her by sharing her name, but these doctors need to be aware of how their practice is being represented.

Although doctors are great friendly, Dr. Scully is mine. She's awesome. They're all awesome great place.

The folks at the doctor's office were courteous and professional However, the experience at optical shop was lot to be desired. I purchased a set of frame+glasses and had to go back in a few weeks to fix/tweak it as one of the hinges was apparently wobbly. The sales associate was curt and was reluctant to fix the issue. She sounded as though it was normal and needed no fix. On my insistence, she tried to fix and did not . Will not buy the glasses from them anymore

This is a great eye practice. Dr.Jameson is very knowledgeable. The office is clean, friendly and they always get me in and out. And I never have any issues scheduling my yearly exam for my contacts and glasses prescription. Great practice all around, 5 stars!

Love Dr. Tracey! Amy is great too! Both receptionist and young lady in optical, both super nice, helpful, I Apolo I didn't catch their names! The entire office is very informative and courteous people.
