Went to go get work protective glasses at the LensCrafters down the street, but they were giving me a hard time, extremely rude when I walked in and couldn't help me because they "couldn't find me under my company group id". But when I went to this specific location Sophany was the most helpful and kindest person ever. The perfect customer service experience!

If you are looking for professional, honest eye care in Nashua, skip the location at 225 Daniel Webster Hwy and come directly to this one at 310 Daniel Webster Hwy instead. The contrast between the two stores is night and day. The other location (225 Daniel Webster Hwy) appears to prioritize aggressive upselling over customer needs. I was pushed into unnecessary "digital coatings" that resulted in ghosting and severe night-glare problems the staff there even admitted were a recurring issue for other clients. Despite this, they continued to sell them, and the staff became dismissive and unprofessional when the technical errors were brought to their attention. Fortunately, the store associates here at the 310 Daniel Webster Hwy location are true professionals. They are highly intelligent, technically proficient, and immediately identified the errors made by the other branch. They were clearly frustrated that a customer was given such poor advice elsewhere. They took the time to show the proper lens options and colors without any pressure to buy things that weren't needed. Save yourself the headache and go to the 310 Daniel Webster Hwy location. The staff here knows what they are talking about and actually cares about getting your prescription right. I will be contacting the corporate office to advocate for a total staff replacement and a change in culture at the other location, as customers deserve better.

I cannot speak on an eye exam or getting new glasses. But the customer service I had was amazing. I have recently moved from out of state and one of my pads on my nose piece fell off. Alex was very sweet and took care of me right away. Replaced both for me

Friendly, quick, professional, and ACCURATE. I was very impressed at how quickly Dr Abrams was able to correctly assess both distance and close vision. Additionally, three of the staff assisted with completing rhe order for eyeglasses, it took a bit of work for the poor ladies.

I purchased my glasses about half a year ago and thr nose piece broke off. I brought them in and they replaced then no charge. They were super nice and fast with the service.

Josie and Karen were fantastic in helping us get our rx sunglasses picked out, they went above and beyond to help find a set for my boyfriend's tricky rx

First time Customer everyone was friendly , was a bit nervous because I haven't had an eye exam in over 10 years and because my prescription is so strong wasn't sure that they would really be able to help me much with ordering contacts I was very wrong I got an eye exam prescription for my glasses and contacts. I was even able to walk out with a pair of contacts that I still cannot believe that they were able to give me a pair in the moment that I can actually see so good out of Dr Promket thank you so much and thank you for being so kind and patient with me

Theres no way to give this place less stars. Honestly, this store has by far the worst customer service and management I have ever experienced in my life. We bought whole years worth of contacts and for some reason they did not put the order through. We waited for about 2 months before we were told they never out the order in and contacts are not coming in. This has happened to us twice now. Same excuse. Im sure staff are good people but management is just terrible here. They really should have new managers. This is insane. And forgot about getting your money back. It's like pulling teeth. Would never recommend someone shop at this location.
