They fit me in very quickly, the appointment was extremely efficient and the doctor was clearly very experienced. He allowed me to ask all of my questions with no rush, and reassured me my issues were fixable with conservative at home care and if needed a minor in office procedure. Other ophthalmology practices were booking multiple months out, but the front desk accommodated me by getting me within two weeks. Also front desk staff and booking staff were extremely pleasant, capable and responsive. I'm going to keep coming to this practice even though I live in Boston.

I had my first appointment the other day at the Nashua office. From registration to being called in to get all my pre test done prior by the technician before seeing the doctor. Was very comfortable and I was extremely happy with the fact how she explained everything prior to doing it.

A month ago I wrote a great review about my experience here....I jumped the gun. My issue with them is my ability to speak with anyone who actually works there. You end up with some company that handles their calls...no help. I've sent emails....no response. But they did send me an additional bill after they told me there was no balance due. Oh yea and I still have my eye problem.
