The Dr. as well as the Optometrist and even Customer Service ALL worked together as a team to delight my experience of this location and visit! * 1st off, customer service went out of her way to look for a cancellation and call me on my phone while I was still in the area that I could return and fill in an appointment for eye exam, which I did not really wanna wait the couple weeks extra to do. * 2nd, the doctor took time to look at my vision and the problems I had before and congratulate me for the changes I made in my health that has also improved my vision. * 3rd, the optometrist took time to make sure I got the frames that I liked, but also offered something she knew I could use given my new exercise regiment outside and I can't wait to get my new prescription sunglasses! All three individuals I interacted with went above and beyond service; and more personal like I'm some kind of family! We feel welcome there at Visionworks Nashua. UPDATE OCTOBER 2025: I began to have problems with vision and clarity. Not related as much to the prescription so try to get back for an adjustment and to make sure the glasses were OK. This location being adjacent to a busy shopping mall is a prime opportunity for parents to have their kids come in for adjustment and eye exams, especially end of season insurance spending. I could not get in for a simple check and adjustment for my glasses, at all. Walking in proved to be difficult as the store was very busy. I don't need to see any particular person, but I would think adjustments to recently filled orders should have a priority or possibly consider hiring more people for this location. I think that's a good thing and this is a positive critique letting you know I had to go to another location, capable of facilitating a walk in to check my prescription and make adjustments to frame/alignment.

I ordered my pair of glasses there in June 2022. I am highly nearsighted and I used to order my glasses from Costco. Costco can even re-coat the anti-reflective film for my glasses several years after I got it. However, in June 2022 my husband decided to order his glasses from Visionworks Pheasant Lane Mall Nashua NH and I just followed him. This visionwork place charges awful prices but the glasses just didn't fit on my face well so I had to go back twice to adjust it. The frame was an expensive one but it broken recently on the right bottom of the frame. Today I visited the shop and the technician answered their glasses were only covered for one year, while my glasses was ordered less than two years ago. I asked if they could just solder the frame back so that I can still use it for driving before I order a new pair, and the technician refused!!! The technician insisted that they only cover the frame for one year so he couldn't do anything about it. Well, I will go back to Costco eyeglasses from now on and never use Visionworks again!!!

The environment is incredibly friendly, the staff have such excellent rapport and spread that comfortable feeling to the patient!... all the while gently guiding the patient through the process in a quick, to-the-point manner! Including clerical staff and doctors! Perfect experience.

The actual eye exam and Dr was great! But I had an addition to contacts for my wedding. Had gone 7 months before my wedding to "try out" my contacts. I struggled severely and the woman just sat there. She showed me a video online she saw instead of actually helping. After an hour she said to reschedule and try again. Same thing happened. You wouldn't thought I would've had more help and I did NOT have contacts for my wedding because of them! I wasn't able to pick them up until I could show I could put them in and out so I blame the woman for my wedding pics now :)

I would highly recommend this location. Dr Patel was amazing and took the time to review concerns I had. The rest of the staff was extremely patient kind and friendly as well as informative.

Got my first pair of eyeglasses and it was a disappointment. I tried to make it work, went there maybe three or four times for a fix but I just ended up returning it. Not happy with the product but I'll give the staff credit for at least trying to help. Special thanks to the lady ( I wish i got her name) who helped me twice.

I scheduled an appointment at the VisionWorks location in Nashua. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by a member of the staff and made to feel welcomed. My eye exam started promptly after I arrived and I was walked through every step of the process. I was able to find a pair of glasses that I loved with the advice of one of the assistants. The purchase was transparent and efficient. I would recommend VisionWorks to everyone.

I was there for the 1st time this week. I had a great experience. The two support staff, Roberta and Theresa were awesome! I saw a female provider Dr. Patel who not only was professional and did a thorough eye exam, but she was kind and very personable. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Stated they would be in, in approximately 14 days and that I would be notified by email. Based on my experience so far, I would be very surprised if that DOESN'T happen.
