These folks are high quality, top notch people who really enjoy their chosen profession and strive to please all who come through their door. It is an "old fashioned" value that is refreshing to find these days! I would highly recommend Martin and his assistant! Thank you, it was a pleasure doing business with you!

I have been using Marty for almost 30 years and have never had a bad experience. In fact, he and Colette have gone above and beyond as I transitioned from glasses to contacts and now back to glasses. I wouldn't go any other place. Good prices and very prompt delivery. Great service with a smile (and usually a joke or two as well!).

Great shop and great service with a friendly caring attitude. I accidentally broke the frames on my custom lens glasses and with no back up pair, I needed to have glasses back in service fast. But with a custom lens and a frame I knew I couldn't find again, I was pretty sure I was in trouble. So, with low expectations, I stopped into Plymouth Optical Shoppe to find out what the bad news would be and how long before I would have glasses back in hand. Martin, the owner greeted me with a smile and informed me that he may be able to make the lenses work with a frame that is in stock and if I didn't mind waiting, he could reshape the lens and have me back in business in a short time. Martin could have pushed a whole new lens and frames on me and made a whole lot more profit. Instead, he took care of me and had me back in business in no time with new frames, a reshaped lens, and adjusted to properly fit on my individual head. Try and get that kind of service online! Thank Martin/ Plymouth Optical Shoppe! I'll be coming back anyway to get that new set up as after my next eye appointment. I think it's high time I had a backup pair!

Our family has been using the services of Plymouth Optical for many years. The quality of the products is unquestionable, they offer the latest in fashion trends in eye glasses, and their service is always great! Marty always offers reasonable prices!

Horribly rude, and dismissive. My insurance covers 100% of the cost of lenses for prescription glasses. The only exception is frames or contacts. The guy there said that it would be "like $70 more" just for the lenses. I didn't stick around to even look at frames. Sounds to me like they were going to charge me personally for the "extra", and then bill the insurance company for the total...

Their prices are considerably higher over using an online business, but I understand they need to make a living, pay rent, etc.... Due to the high costs, this time around I will keep the existing frame for my regular glasses and get new transition lenses, and purchase prescription sunglasses on-line; which do not need to be transition lenses

I was in the area on vacation and broke my glasses, gave these folks a call and the nice lady said come in. I went to the office and my glasses were fixed in a matter of minutes. Very nice people! Oh and if you go in make sure to say hello to the sleeping guard dog.
