This is a practice that has its act together. They are professional, warm and caring. Dr. Zeidan is amazing...very knowledgeable and approachable with any questions you may have. The setting is bright, clean and welcoming. They take the time to scour for any benefits you may have with your Medicare supplemental plan and make sure that your new glasses are well fitted. The good exam process is the only reason that they don't get one star. Two times in a row, I've had to wait over an hour just to get new lenses in my frames, with the second time resulting in my glasses being rendered unwearable and them GLUING them back together so I could drive. You wouldn't think that an eyeglass place would make this much of a catastrophe just swapping lenses, but somehow they found a way.

I had an emergency -- the lens of my glasses drop off, and the screw that was holding them also fell out. I went to this store urgently, and a very kind curly-haired young woman helped me. As an international student, many times we don't know where to go in situations like this, and the assistance I received solved my problem. I will definitely come back when I want to renew my glasses, and I will also recommend this place to my friends they look like new again!

My vision insurance changed and I had to find a new optometrist. I looked at the Google Maps reviews for this place. The views were mostly positive so I thought I'd give this place a try. The service was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue was that the prescription for my contact lenses wasn't what I was expecting. I could see clearly out of my right eye or my left eye was blurred. It made driving at night a little difficult. The optometrist explained to me that one eye usually have dominance over the other. For people who are usually right-handed it would be the right eye. I'm slightly ambidextrous. Learning about eye dominance was interesting. I gave the contacts a try for close to 2 weeks because my online research said it may take a couple of weeks to get used to a new prescription. When the issue continued, I called them back and they rescheduled another examination. The optometrist increased the power in the left. With the new prescription I could read better without my reading glasses and I could see better out of the left eye. They were able to check my insurance and see what my co-pay was. They gave me a prescription for glasses so I can price them around for a more affordable pair. I was giving a free pair of sunglasses for being a new customer. They didn't use the air puff machine that shoots a small burst of air into your eyes. I like that! I am going to recommend this business.

Doctor mocklis knows his stuff! He was great with finding the right strength of glasses. Mary was also awesome and was really great with finding the right design to fit my face!!

This is my favorite eye doctor, everyone is so friendly and helpful. This is the only eye doctor I have been to where the people actually help you find the best pair of glasses for your face! Highly recommend

Mary who helped me at the end of my appointment and with learning how to put the contacts in was very friendly and helpful! And Dr.Mocklis was also very polite. 10/10 highly recommend
