I was excited when I discovered a Warby Parker store because I've been hesitant to buy glasses online. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The frame selections were diverse and I was able to quickly find something that I liked. When I asked if there was a different color (only one on display), they quickly grabbed another option from the back. The whole process of finding a frame to ordering with my prescription and utilizing my vision benefits, was quick and seamless. I would definitely recommend the Portsmouth store!

The staff there is super helpful. I could take my time and try on a whole lot of the frames that are displayed on shelves around the room. Went to this store to buy both glasses and sunglasses. They took my pupil distance in the store but apparently didn't add it to the order because I got emails saying I needed to input pupil distance. As they did not provide this to me, I attempted to call the store. This routes to a call center where they tell me, "There are no phones in the store." There are no phones in the store?!
Then they tell me the issue with my order is that I didn't get an eye exam in the store. Well, as it turns out, this store doesn't even offer eye exams despite the sign in the window saying they do. So you can't bring an outside prescription to buy Warby Parker glasses????? Since when? Don't bother with these clowns, just go to LensCrafters.

Warby Parker is a great option for eyewear in Portsmouth. There's a nice selection of frames, the store is clean, well organized, and conveniently located with easy parking. The staff is friendly and professional. Licensed optician Annabelle was especially helpful. When two pairs of purchased glasses were problematic because the Rx was incorrect (ie, not Warby Parker's fault), she didn't hesitate to make it right. Thanks to her efforts the glasses were remade and quickly delivered. The service was excellent.
