I had a great experience at the optical center in Seabrook. Mark, an associate, lead me through the eye exam process and the frame selection. The actual exam was done remotely and an easy step. Another doctor remotely gave me my eye status. I was pleased. BJ's was having a deal. Buy one pair and the second pair is free. I upgraded the second pair and got it half off. The transition lenses now have some amazing colors to choose from. Eye exam was $74.99. Frames are all over the place.

And, I am happy to say the absolute best eye examination for a prescription led to the two best pair of glasses I've ever had . I have distance and closeup glasses from BJ,s in Seabrook that are just perfect for me. Their system involving live exam and a very thorough Television analysis led to a perfect result. Staff was friendly and professional.
This was my first experience with "hybrid", in -person and tele-med optical service. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the entire process was very efficient. The optical technicians and doctor were professional, explaining each step of the process clearly. The doctor also recommended future steps to monitor my eye health.
The BOGO promotion, enabled me to get my new prescription filled as both regular and sunglass lenses without breaking the bank!

I bought 2 pair of glasses less than a year ago. The arm broke off of one pair. I went to BJ's Optical for repair. The frame could not be repaired. I was told I needed a new frame. The person assisting me took the same frame from the display case and said he could replace my lenses with this, or I could wait while the new pair was ordered. I was thrilled that I could walk out with my glasses fixed. However, he then told me it would cost $60.00. First of all, I purchased a defective pair of glasses! And second, it was a display!! I paid for the new frames for my lenses but will not return to BJ's Optical for further business, nor will I give a good review.

I would give a negative star if they had it. I made an appointment to see an optometrist for an eye exam and was not warned this would be a remote teledoc session. Total misrepresentation and would like a refund for this waste of my time and money. I now scheduled with a real service provider locally.
