I had a very pleasant experience! I was nervous to be seen as I had not had an eye appointment for about 5 years, but everyone in there made me feel at ease and comfortable. I appreciated how all the information given to me was in a way I could understand it. Everyone was incredibly helpful and very kind. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and am happy to be returning there for future appointments!

First of all the service is outstanding! The doctor is so knowledgeable and right on top of everything. I have never felt so well taken care of and comfortable. Kudos to the team at Eye Appeal!

I would never step foot in this place again! Worst experience in a professional setting in my life. Husband and wife team were insulting if you said anything they didn't like. All you can smell is cigarette smoke when you enter and when they fit you for your glasses. They threw me out of the place when I told them what they should do and the police came by my house to serve a no trespass order on me for a year. I had to laugh because I would've never gone back there or recommended them to anyone!!

Been coming here for years and Dave & Tristin are the best. I'm hard on my glasses and whenever I need repairs or help with anything I need and the fact that they are wonderful people is reflected in their helpfulness, accommodation and knowledge. The Doc is so thorough and obviously a brilliant physician. He doesn't miss a thing. I am A type 2 diabetic and my eye health is an important aspect of care for me. He has me covered and you'll be incredibly secure placing your eye health in his care. He's also a very nice person as well. This crew is so service oriented and you really can't come by that anywhere these days. The BEST in the biz!

Great office! Everyone is so friendly. The doctor is thorough and explains things very well. All up to date equipment and a nice selection of frames and lenses!
