Without a doubt - a very experienced and knowledgeable doctor. If you are in a need of an appointment with a tight timeline, this is not for you. If you are expecting a routine eye exam to last anything less than 1 1/2 hours beginning to end this is not for you. If you become frustrated over last minute cancelations or not getting a return phone call, this is not for you.

Don't pick up phone when you call - tried 3 times before got a live person to schedule an appointment. Decided to give them benefit of the doubt but should have paid attention. They don't return voice mails left. Am waiting 4 weeks for a trial pair of contacts that I don't think are coming - at all. Max wait with others was 7 biz days. The office is a mess, equipment dates back to 1980's . Went because insurance changed, needed a new Dr but won't go back. Wanted to give zero starts, but not allowed.

Made a morning appointment months in advance. Even called a second time to be sure my insurance was ok. I had to take off work for the appointment. I showed up and the office was closed. I stayed a while to see if anyone was running late. Nothing. I even called the answering service and left a message to see if anyone was running late. No calls. No one even called me back later on. I called around lunchtime and got someone who sounded like a young teen. All she squeeked out was "the doctor probably wasn't there yet." Never asked my name. Never apologized. Just "well the doctor must has not been in yet." What kind of unprofessional mess is this place? Needless to say, if the office is run so poorly, I'm not dealing with them.

My whole family has been using Dr. Conti for over 12 years. I trusted her to perform my LASIK surgery 10 years ago, when it took me 7 years to gain the courage to have it done. She was excited to perform the surgery on me because my eye sight rendered me as "legally blind." It has been wonderful to wake up each day and be able to see without having to put on thick glasses. I have two sons who use her for glasses and contacts, and one who just needs glasses for reading. It's nice to have a doctor who can help everyone in your family.

I had red eye problems a few times and made an appointment. Doctor clearly knew the problem and prescription took care of the problem. I had also seen doctor when she used to be in Branchburg 10 Years back and the experience was great as well

excellent eye doctor - I severely messed up my eye one year with a bad stye - thought I was going to need lancing - but Dr. Conti calmly worked her magic with a steady hand injection into my eyelid that did the trick - very thankful!

Ok sometimes you have to wait a bit past scheduled appt, but that's because she will spend all the time you need to answer all your questions and will never rush you out of the office.

Great place for all your eye and eye medical needs very friendly also tremendous patient base. Highly recommend
