I went to this eye doctor when I was a kid, of course it's a different doctor now. This office changes doctors frequently. I became skeptical when the prescriptions changed and it wasn't subtle. Now the office seems dangerous because there's 10 steps to get to the front door, you can trip. There's no handicap ramp at all between the parking lot and front door. Someone can trip coming out of the eye exam rooms as well. Well the optometrist that was there. He's no longer there anymore and as of March 1, 2026, there isn't one there anyhow he gave me the frames that were on the display I know because the arm broke after 2 months, then I went to get the new pair that was under warranty it took 3 months. They gave me 2 pairs of contacts that weren't my prescription. It was a total mess. I called the insurance company and they put there foot down, I was able to get my new glasses but from a different location. I won't be going back there.
