It starts when you walk in, greeted by very friendly person that registers you, the waiting area is beautifully decorated with hand painted artwork ( just beautiful). All of their staff is friendly and welcoming very knowledgeable. Dr. Chappius has always made me feel comfortable , he reviews all my testing and answers questions about their outcome. Very, very nice office to go to, convenient parking area. Great staff.

They were the best. The ladies at the desk, nurses and the doctor were great. The one lady in the glasses section help me order some new frames for my old glasses. She was great and she also fixed my sunglasses, they all were wonderful!

Dr. Wuzzardo is great! He is patient, kind, understanding, answered all of my questions, and addressed all of my concerns. This was my first visit here. The wait was not long at all, and I did not feel rushed. The staff is extremely nice. The technician who examined me before Dr. Wuzzardo was very thorough. Coming here was a good decision. I feel very comfortable. I have complete confidence in Dr. Wuzzardo and highly recommended him.

From the time I walked in the door,I did not have to wait,one of the staff greeted me and said she could take care of ,she repaired my glasses and made sure they were properly repaired,asked if the color of the frame was okey and wanted to make sure they fit well on my face,I had no wait time at all,the staff at this office are always friendly and very helpful,they go above and beyond the way they treat all of their patients,I have never had a bad experience in all the years I have been a patient here and that is why I will remain a patient there,the staff great you like a VIP and I look forward to returning to this office for all my eye care needs.

Patient for years. New Insurance, tried to book an appointment. Could not schedule without card. I understand needing the number. Could have scheduled and I follow up with number before appointment. While on hold "your eye health is our priority" only if you have insurance apparently. Will find another provider. We have health insurance- just didn't have the card on hand. Feel bad for people without insurance.

My Nephew had a hair stuck in his eye he would barely let me touch his eye. The Doctor at eye associates was so kid friendly I was so surprised my nephew let the Doctor look in his eye without moving and also let the Doctor take the eye lash out of his eye what a relief it was to finally have the hair removed. I would definitely recommend this Doctor to anyone dealing with a eye issue.
