I took my 13 yrs old daughter in for glasses. Michael Simpson helped us find the perfect glasses for her face. He was kind, patient and informative. When we came back to pick them up, he patiently adjusted them several times until they fit her perfectly. Michael was great, and made the experience pleasant. I've never had a problem with the Walmart eye center, and will be back in the future.

Excellent experience! The staff goes above and beyond and is always incredibly friendly and helpful. They really know their stuff and are great at what they do - be it explaining options for frames and lenses or tightening previously purchased frames. 10/10!!

The vision center at the Bridgeton Walmart was wonderful. I returned my glasses several times for personal reasons. I got bifocals and did not like them so they changed them to readers for me. Then the prescription bothered me. I had my doctor check it and they had filled it correctly. So the doctor changed it back to my former prescription for me. They exchanged these for new readers. I also stopped in to have them make the glasses tighter so they would stay on top of my head when I put them on my hair. All this was because they had a generous guarantee time period. Most of my visits, Michael Simpton helped me. He was great! I'm happy with my glasses and appreciate all their patience in helping me.
