Arrived and had an issue with insurance in system. The receptionist was great and called insurance company right there and got everything figured out. She was polite and patient and very customer service friendly. Went back and was seen right away. The service before the doctors was extremely professional and polite and not once did I just feel like a number just a paying customer. I then was seen by Dr assistant and then Dr and both were GREAT! I will continue to come here and come back. The office is always clean. When I checked out very professional also and very nice.
Since I have posted the above, my wife and I have chose to depart this establishment and switched to another eye care professional in the area.

Today I had the pleasure of getting my eyes checked since it had been 5 years since my last script. The staff took great care of me and made me feel comfortable immediately. They gave me my new script and walked me to look at their new frames. Once again, was made to feel welcome with a nice cup of coffee while the staff checked my insurance. They were extremely friendly, super efficient and reconfirmed why I continue to return after 18 years since my first visit. Thank you again for making me feel special. See you all soon to pick up the glasses in a few weeks.

Technicians were thorough,professional,concerned and pleasant. The doctors were encouraging, informative not pushy. Ample parking, pleasant , welcoming, knowlegeable staff. Wait was not long. Didn't get feeling of being rushed on an assembly line although the reception area was full. Things ran smoothly and efficiently. Enjoyed my yearly visit.
