VUTT Optical & Sunglasses

RANDY IS THE MAN! I have a pair of Oakley Juliet's that have to be 20-25 years old, bought from VUTT at the Burlington mall. I brought them in a few years back and showed them to Randy and explained the lenses were all scratched up and the X metal frames were a bit sloppy. I told him I know Oakley doesn't make them or support them anymore and Randy told me he could cut new lenses and tighten them up for me. But the story doesn't end there. He asked me to choose and lens color I wanted and I landed on a rose color. I wasn't certain I was going to like the finished product, but I made my choice. To make me feel better about my choice, Randy said, and I quote, "listen Mike, when there done and you come to pick them up, you're going to absolutely love them - BUT- if you don't, I will buy them from you and wear them myself". So, not only did he make me feel better about my choice, he was willing to go into his own pocket to "pseudo-guarantee" my satisfaction. All that said, he did a great job and they look brand new. As I was walking out the door, he offered to buy them from me because he likes them so much.

Lex, Olivia and Kasia were awesome at our most recent visit. Between exam, and purchase of frames and contacts, the VUTT team were knowledgeable, and in a league of their own. They were thorough with assisting us with the selection of frames and gave options on lense allowances through our insurance coverage. I would highly recommend this optical store.

We have always had great experiences with both the vision exams and the purchasing of our glasses here. The staff is VERY helpful and patient! I have never felt rushed; they always want to make sure you are satisfied with your visit and the products that you purchase. My entire family goes here!

Vutt Optician is simply on another level. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredible--knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. Paul, the owner, is the man. What blew me away is that he actually remembered me and my brother from *over a decade ago*. I remembered Paul as well, and we were able to catch up like no time had passed. That alone says everything about the kind of person--and business--this is. The experience itself was unreal. I fully expected to come back another day, but they were able to make my glasses **the same day**, which was completely unexpected and honestly wild. They spent real time dialing in the fit and feel of the frames I picked, making adjustments until everything was just right. No rushing, no pressure--just pure craftsmanship and care. From walk-in, to decisions, to great conversation, to walking out with brand-new glasses, the whole process took about **1.5 hours**. Where does that happen? Nowhere... except Vutt. They also take **all sorts of insurance**, and even if you don't have insurance, the prices are still **insanely reasonable**, especially for the quality, service, and selection you're getting. I'll be using them exclusively going forward for both frames and lenses. And don't even get me started on the sunglasses selection--it's absolutely insane. Go see Paul and the team. Not that they need the referrals--they're insanely busy and clearly well-known--but I've already referred at least six people in the last 24 hours. That's how good this place is. Highly, highly recommend.

VUTT Optical & Sunglasses Store is hands down one of the best eyewear shops I've ever been to! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and really takes the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. Their selection of frames and sunglasses is amazing -- stylish, high-quality, and there's something for everyone. The service was fast, smooth, and honestly above and beyond my expectations. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I left with the perfect pair of glasses and a big smile. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-tier service and great eyewear!

Only place in the area that can make your glasses not only same day but in less than half an hour!!! Great staff beautiful selection of glasses and wonderful facility, I picked a frame and had glasses made to my prescription in 30 minutes they even gave me a nice and secure case. Only thing wrong with this place is that more people don't know about it. Run over here you will not be disappointed.

RANDY at Vutts Optical & Sunglasses is absolutely amazing! His customer service is top-notch -- he's so friendly, down to earth, and genuinely cares about making sure every customer leaves happy. I am so happy I experienced all that Vutt offers in thorough testing and consultation of my eyes. The employees also made the visit calming and helpful.
