Their response was exactly what you would want from any upstanding business. We all need to stop taking the weight of our reviews so lightly, especially negative reviews. I feel like the internet makes it easy to forget that we're all human beings at the end of the day. Every last one of us is as imperfect as the next. You can't expect any business to be perfect, that's just not human nature. I have no idea what happened in that persons case, but considering the office didn't even know why they left a negative review, I'm guessing it probably wasn't significant enough to actually justify having someone go out of their way to try to hurt their livelihood. I hope this review helps make up for the other one and gets the trend moving in the other direction.
