This is a great place. I had a very thorough eye examination and quite honestly, Dr. Khanna was able to find things that I was not told about in previous examinations at other offices. I cannot shout to all of you enough what a wonderful doctor he is. He is both kind and capable. I very highly recommend him.

Recently became a new patient of Dr Khanna for eye health, contact lenses and glasses. I love the ease of scheduling and communicating; and especially love the thorough exam with meaningful explanation. Happily transitioned to daily lenses and glasses with a more accurate prescription than the one I had when I first walked through the door. Meenu is wonderful and accommodating as well. My family and I have been coming to Dr. Khanna for the last five years. He explains everything thoroughly and treats you like family. ***Recently I had an eye emergency, he took me right in and treated my eye. He prescribed the right treatment plan and had me come back 24 hours later to check on the progress of my eye. Dr. Khanna is a very reliable and I'm happy I came in to see him rather than going to the ER.

My experience has been nothing been nothing short of incredible. I was met with smiles and all of my questions were answered with detail. I highly recommend!!!

I've been coming here for about two years. Initially, my experience was mostly positive. There were a few things that felt off, such as being asked to pay via Zelle and the presence of a dog in the office, but when I mentioned I wasn't comfortable around dogs, they were respectful and kept the dog away. However, my most recent visit was troubling enough that I've decided not to return. I went in for a chalazion, and prior to the appointment, they called to let me know that although they are in-network with Cigna, they wouldn't be submitting the claim because they "don't have the time or resources." I'd be required to pay out of pocket. When I tried to ask questions or clarify, I was repeatedly spoken over. Despite my concerns, I went in because my eye was starting to bother me. Upon arrival, the dog jumped on me, despite my previous request. During the visit, the doctor examined my eye and recommended warm compresses and steroid drops. I mentioned my preferred pharmacy was CVS, but he launched into a speech about how CVS never answers the phone, then proceeded to call them on speakerphone in front of me to prove his point. I found this unprofessional and unnecessary. He insisted on sending the prescription to ShopRite instead, even though they're not in-network with my insurance. Things escalated at checkout. I had been quoted $135 on the phone, but was told the charge would now be $185. After a lengthy back-and-forth, they finally honored the original quote and charged me $135. Their explanation for the higher fee was that it included a follow-up appointment, which they claimed was "free," though that logic doesn't make sense to me if I'm paying extra up front. What really sealed it for me was what happened as I tried to leave. I told them I'd follow up to schedule another appointment, but as I walked to my car, the doctor literally called after me in the parking lot, to try to get me to book the follow up. I've never experienced anything like that from a healthcare provider. I'm not someone who writes negative reviews lightly, but weeks later, this still doesn't sit right with me. I felt it was important to share my experience.

I wanted to acknowledge the outstanding care I received when I saw Dr Manoj Khanna recently. He answered all my questions and explained exactly what was going on with my eyes. He did not rush me or discount any issues I had concerns with. Having had problems with previous eye doctors I had been dealing with, I felt a sense of relief and comfort knowing that I was in good hands and that my problems would be resolved. I would highly recommend Dr Khanna if you are looking for an eye doctor. I would also like to thank Meenu, Dr Khanna's assistant. She was very professional and is an asset to his practice.

I popped into GMEC while on a trip to the shipping store next door. I had benefits via VSP, popped in asked if they accept which they do. Had an appointment scheduled for a few weeks out, when appointment time came -- it was nothing like I experienced before. It was literally 1:1, or actually 2:1 with Meenu and Dr. Khanna helping me throughout the examination, helping me understand my coverage and making the best decision financially. First the examination, Dr. Khanna quickly diagnosed that I in fact had a higher prescription than I needed from a previous optometrist and it was truly unnecessary. He then also pointed me to dailies for contacts as I have dry eyes and have had infections before. When it came time to use my benefits for glasses, Meenu explained my benefits and collectively decided on an economical frame with transitions lenses. I left their practice happier and informed. When my glasses came in, my family commented on quickly the transitions actually transition. My previous wholesale club based glasses also had "transitions" but moved at a snail's pace. All in all I was very satisfied and everything that Meenu and Dr. Khanna pointed out to was true. They've gained my trust to the point where I've been a returning patient for the last 3 years now. I cannot recommend GMEC enough, they're great people who are our nearby neighbors. Truly blessed to have come across them back in 2022 while returning a package to the UPS Store.

I found Dr. Khanna on Google, was a little hesitant first but decided to give this place a try. I have to say, this place had the best service ever! The exam process was smooth, Dr. Khanna and Meenu explained everything crystal clear. I was running out of my contact lenses and had to travel before my order arrived, Dr. Khanna and Meenu went above and beyond and made sure I had enough contact lenses for my upcoming trip. Now my full family come here through my referral, 10/10 recommend!
