The office was very clean. If there's a long wait it is worth your while. Doctor Kimberly Brown is most definitely the most kindest I've met. She's definitely a vibe lol. Looking forward to having them as my eye doctor for a very long time.

Went to Parkway Eye Care with my aunt, and she had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and made her feel comfortable from start to finish. She explained that the doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. Clean office, minimal wait time, and excellent service overall. We highly recommend them.

Overall the optical establishment was very clean both Doctor and staff are very helpful. The waiting was very long just to be seen. Hopefully my son gets his glasses this week

Doctor is good, staff is terrible. My glasses broke in the beginning of October, I went in and asked for a replacement, they said my prescription was expired and I had to see the doctor to get them. I can't get an appointment till the end of the month. When I go on October 29th they tell me my insurance won't cover a new prescription and all they can do is replace my glasses, which is all I ever wanted, so they could have done that at the beginning of the month. Whatever, they order the glasses and say it will be around 4 weeks. The glasses don't come so I call after 4 weeks and they say to wait. I call after 6 and 7 weeks and they say to wait. I call on Friday, December 19th and demand they look into this because it's been too long. I call them back again on Monday, December 22nd and the woman, Selena, who I spoke to says the glasses are ordered and that it was taking longer because of the holidays, when I say that the end of October was nowhere near the holidays she says that it was near Thanksgiving even though it was a month before. I then call my insurance who informs me that he glasses were not ordered until DECEMBER 19th!!! I call back and speak to Selena and ask her why she lied to me, that she was talking about thanksgiving knowing my glasses were not ordered back in October. I ask her why she couldn't just be honest with me and tell me that they realized the glasses weren't ordered and apologize and she hung up on me and did not answer when I called back repeatedly. Just horrible service, they don't care about their customers. I can't see without glasses, I can't drive, I'm a single mom who needs to get places. I should have had glasses end of October/beginning of November as they should have ordered replacements right when they broke. I've gone to them for years and never had any issues, sad they can't respect and be honest with their customers. Crazy they were texting me asking for reviews when they hadn't even ordered my glasses.

For my initial examine, the tech told me to put my glasses on, then started the examination. I should have known from that moment that this was not going to end well. The Doctor came in and rushed through a second examination. I am wearing my old glasses as the new ones are not satisfactory. I tried to have the prescription changed but was told I would have to pay out of pocket. Office space was clean and staff pleasant.

Overall, inside was very clean. Staff was very courteous. The weight was very long, but finally got through still waiting for Glasses.

I'm have been going here for a few years. The place is always clean and the staff is always nice. They are very thorough with your eye exams and explains everything they are doing. I highly recommend

I love Dr. Brown!!!! I've been her patient for about 10 years. She's amazing, personable, and takes her time explaining what's happening. Her staff is great also. They don't overbook so you're not waiting too long for your appointment. I've never had a bad experience at her office.
